Pain syndrome: Sadly, both endometriosis and fibroids can separately and together cause pain in the uterus. Fibroids can cause pain due to compression, as well as a contraction like cramping that occurs. Endometriosis is by definition a pain syndrome. It causes pain and can cause scarring of the tissue of the pelvis which in turn can cause severe chronic pain. I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Commone: That is a common problem. And there are going to be many issues to address including the risk of ovarian cancer from endometriosis. So you definitely want to make sure you are treated at all times unless you are trying to get pregnant. That is for your own health, pain and prevention of cancer.
