A member asked:

I have swayback, beside exercises, what are my options? and if i don't fix it immediately, will it be impossible to do it later in life?

Lordosis: Rarely problematic unless in the thoracic spine. Under these circumstances, can cause profound pulmonary problems. In the lumbar spine, no real magic number that is considered too much. As long as your spine is balances with the head centered over the pelvis, you are fine. Only problem would be if a spondylolisthesis is present. But that would cause the hyper lordosis, not the converse.
