Needs PT eval: Assuming you mean hyper lordosis of the lumbar spine, Williams flexion exercises will help strengthen core muscles and 'push' the lordosis In The opposite direction. A radiologic eval and visit tomthenphysical,therapist for a home program is best to be certain there is no other issue to be addressed.
