Instestines keep twisting and causing pain but this time it has effected my kidneya and my blood levels have shot up. can anyone explain what's happend?

Intestines, by design, are always moving (peristaltic motion), bad sign if not; tissue stretch can stimulate pain. Kidneys are attached within tissues behind abdominal cavity & the idea of "twisting" is very unlikely. Many thousands of different measurements can be made from blood & "levels" is a vague, non-specific term.
