I'm not sure how far away you are from uofw dental school. Another option is this website: http://www.Freedentalcare.Us/ even if you have to pay fee for service costs, at least get your basic dent.

Dental in washington: Many hospitals have affiliation with free clinics. If you are near a university that has a dental school that would be a good place to also look into for inexpensive treatment.
