Finish them: Dental insurances are designed mainly for maintenance and usually for some work here and there, they don't really cover major work and there are many different types and coverage. Regard less having dental ins. Or not you need to finish the work otherwise it would be a lot more complex and more expensive. Prevention is always the best.

You need treatment: Dental insurance was never intended to pay for all of your dental treatment. Most of your dental care would be out of pocket, even if you had insurance. You need to commit to care, possibly at a clinic or a dental school where fees are less. All the best..

Do in stages: Unfortunately, things will only go from bad to worse unless you have your dental work completed. Many patients in your predicament feel hopeless and decide to do nothing. They end up with pain, swelling and full dentures. No one deserves to have that. Do as much as you can in stages. A dental school, hospital residency program or reduced fee dental clinic may be your best bet. Good luck!

Check for Clinics: Some helath departments have clinics that allow you to pay based on income. There are also clinics in larger cities where services are provided at low or even no cost to those that qualify and most helath departments are aware of these places & may be able to direct you. As others mentioned, dental schools offer lower costs & any dentist should be able to do the work in stages that are afforable.

Multiple options...: The best options for you are best evaluated by a dentist performing the visual examination. There are numerous ways dentist can make care more affordable. This may include spreading out care or making payments over time. Another options may include going to a local dental school. However, care within a dental school may take significantly longer than it does in private practice.
