Two possibilities: First, if it is related to the anesthetic, try taking glutathione tabs prior to any injection....If it is related to an anxiety disorder, see a neurologist . ABeta titres above 300 nanograms will make a person susceptible to anxiety. ....Also rule out pathogens present at your heart causing the potential for heart palpitations with your PCP.

Epinephrine in blood: Whenever you get palpitations in dental chair after local anesthesia is administered, most likely the epinephrine in the medication went in your blood stream causing the palpitations. In that case use anesthetic without epinephrine.If it’s not related to local anesthetic then it could be anxiety and for sure you must try taking Medication to relax you like Valium.
