Depends: Are headaches unusual for you? Is it more painful than past headaches? Visual changes, neck stiffness, or fever? If any of these, you should definitely see a doctor. Also, i notice Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen on your medicine list, try not to use either of these regularly every day because doing so can cause medication overuse headaches.
