After a year of taking effexor (venlafaxine) daily i'm going off of it per my doctors instructions. i am having relentless painful dizzying headaches. please help. ?

Cold turkey?: Did you stop taking it cold turkey? If so, that is not advisable with any antidepressant ... Always better to titrate down on the dose over 2 weeks or so depending on how you tolerate the adjustment to your brain chemistry.
