Dizzy: You didn't give much of your boy friend's medical history specially any medication prescribed or otc. Dizziness in this age group comes from heart, brain, ear canal vestibular systems. Biochemical disturbances also cause it. Some diseases also do it . Therefore he needs a good medical history , thorough physical exam.& appropriate diagnostic tests. Please take him to doctor. . Thanks.
