Risky activities: Lymph nodes monitor the status of the lymph which contains white cells that have eaten bacteria, viruses, etc and digested food too thick to go into the arteries/veins. Are delicate structures that when removed may reduce lymph flow. Further damage can occur if their area is further traumatized with unmonitored exercise and massage.
