Is it very dangerous to have thyroid level on 0.4 of 0.9 ?

It depends: Upon what thyroid test you're referring to. Is that a t4, a free T4 or a TSH test you're asking about? If it's a tsh, it's in the low range of normal. Talk w/your doctor and repeat the test (and possibly other thyroid tests) if indicated.
