Nerve compression: You might be suffering from carpal tunnel &/or cubital tunnel syndrome. An over the counter med like tylenol, (acetaminophen) advil or alleve might help temporarily. Sleeping with a wrist splint can also be useful. I would recommend an evaluation with a hand surgeon.
