Most common cause of: This problem is ulnar neuropathy, a nerve supplying the ring and pinky fingers with adjacent part of the hand. Its normally trapped at the elbow (funny bone area) or at wrist (less commonly). Another possibility is that 2 sides nerves are getting trapped at the neck level. See an orthopod and a neurologist to confirm the DX and treatment to be started.
