Cubital tunnel: If arm pain is inside part of elbow and numbness is in ring and little fingers you could have irritation of ulnar nerve at elbow. Other causes could be tendinitis of elbow for pain and possible carpal tunnel of hand for numbness. Seeing a doctor could help pinpoint diagnosis.
