I'm 42 years I'm suffering for 25 years from anxiety disorder I'm taking daily Zoloft 150mg plus if needed Clonazepam .05mg. but would like some suggestion how to stay calm, time to time feeling chest discomfort/numbness/weakness/gets me very worried?
