RAR: Do you mean the Renal-Aortic Ratio used in renal artery ultrasounds of the kidneys? According to this article which discusses it, http://www.jultrasoundmed.org/content/25/3/293.full To calculate the RAR with the following equation: RAR = renal PSV/aortic PSV. PSV is the peak systolic velocity. If this is not what you mean by RAR, ask your question again and clarify.
