Hi, id like to start taking prep. whats the process to get on the prep program? and what are the side effects of the medication?

Have check up first : Before you go on this medicine have full exam and labs done . Std screen, HIV test, kidney and liver functions. Make sure to be up to date with vaccines ( Hep B ). Side effects as common are nausea, headache, abnormal liver function and glucose and blood count abnormalities... just to mention few . Av course risks and benefits ratio is important. Check w your doctor .
