Good sleep hygiene: such as regularity, proper hardness of mattress, and length of sleep are important. NO substances ingested before sleep or after. Then you should do some light stretching to wake yourself up and give enough time to wash. Then you try to do light exercises and more stretching to get your body ready for the day. Drink lots of fluids.
