Exercise & diet: Regular daily exercise including sit-ups and weights. Might be worth 1 or 2 sessions with a trainer. Diet should be appropriate calorie wise for your hight & build, at least 5 portions of fruit &/or vegetables a day, plenty of fiber & grains, minimize fried & fatty foods, go easy on carbs. Also minimize salt intake, which is basic advice for everyone.
