Too slim?: To gain weight one has to to consume more calories than he is burning. Do this in a healthy way though. Don't choose junk food or unhealthy types of fast food. Keep a well balanced diet of natural foods and make sure to get all the needed nutrients. Do exercise several times a week, as it is great for the body, such as weight lifting and abdominal muscle exercises (sit-ups, leg lifts, crunches).

Determination: If you want ' 8 pack ' abdominal wall will not happen by replacing with 6 pack and staying on the couch , need daily intense , regular work outs , consuming calories you burned out with balanced proteins , carbohydrates, fats, vitamins with minerals. It is a hard work could be done.
