Blueberry berry good: I agree with dr. Olsen. A cup of blueberries is only 84 calories and contains 3.6 grams of dietary fiber. They are packed with antioxidants & phytonutrients. They have a low glycemic index. They can also help to prevent urinary tract infections. Strongly recommend only eating organic blueberries because they can really hold on to pesticides.
