Nothing; LESS food!: Many people say they 'rarely eat, ' but when they keep a food journal (day, time, what eaten, how much [oz, cups, etc.], calories, grams protein, and feelings or mood at the time -- writing everything (even 1 bite) down, you will see you may eat more than you think. Use myfitnesspal.Com to help track foods & exercise. If you are eating <1500 cal/day, get basal metabolic rate & thyroid tests.

Loss weight - no: special food. For flatter abdomen eat healthy & get physically active. Calories burned > calories consumed. To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. running, swimming, Nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.)
