Sarcoid: Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease that comes and goes. It affects many parts of the body. For instance, it can cause redness and pain in the eyes, which we often treat with a course of steroid eye drops. Sarcoid can also affect many other parts of the body, so you may require the care of multiple doctors. We still do not have a cure, however.
