Can i get sarcoidosis after being around someone with it ? since i already have an autoimmune disease?

No: At one time there was a theory that sarcoidosis is an infectious process especially with the advent of the kveim test. That has not been proven and to date, we know of no one who contracted sarcoidosis from exposure to someone who has it.
