A member asked:

Why do get a rash and skin turns red with the slightest excursion. i have sarcoidosis could it be related to that?

Probably not: It sounds like the rash is a benign condition called dermatographism. To my knowledge, it is not related to sarcoidosis.

Possibly yes: Sarcoidosis is an inflammation in the body of unknown cause where nodules (granulomas) form. 25% can get skin rashes. Very sensitive skin, such as dermatographia, is possible. Skin vasculitis (more severe general redness) has also been reported. Tell your md if this is a persistent problem.
