Cervical: Burning or stinging pain between the shoulder blades is often times referred pain from the neck. It could indicate a pinched nerve or sometimes a thoracic entrapped nerve. This can be a tough area to treat and would first advise massage and parascapular strenghthening. Occasional otc NSAID also can help. If persists would seek attention.
