Hello i have been sick for a few days bad coughs getting better but now with every cough my right shoulder stings and it shoots down to my finger tips?

Nothing major: When a patient coughs for a long period of time, the chest muscles get worked up and one point can become painful every time the patient coughs. The pain can travel elsewhere if the point tenderness happen to irritate a nerve near by.
