Have serious and valid concerns about endometriosis, finally saw a gyn he didn't listen or examine me but told me i looked fine. is this legal?

Medical record: Review your records. If he recorded that no gyn exam was done, there may not be a "legal" issue -- but a medical board may find that this was not usual & customary standard of practice. If he documented an exam but did not actually do one, that would be illegal. With your complaints, most gyn's seeing you for the 1st time would have done a complete exam -- unless it was scheduled for later.
