Don't worry: Don't worry. Most current research shows that walking and running barefoot is actually better for your body. * if you have not developed any injuries in 7 years, i would not change a thing.

No problems : No problems tiptoeing as long as no pain. The biggest problem that can happen is tears to the ligament to the balls of your feet. Hope that helps.
