If I can remember...: 1. Cruciferous & leafy green vegetables & various onions
2. All berries & grapes and all red or purple fruits & vegetables
3. Beans - lentils, black-eye peas, soy beans
4. Avocados
4. Whole grains
5. Fish
6. Egg yolk
7. Honey, walnuts, chocolate, tea & coffee.
