Diagnosis needs to be made of possible Concussion, Migraine or Neurological Disorder due to “severe memory lapses where i can't remember parts of several days.” starting 2 weeks back. Please See Neurologist for Diagnosis and Treatment. It is possible that sudden severe Psychological Trauma may cause Dissociative Amnesia. For that, See a Psychiatrist.
