Toxoplasmosis: If the igg test is positive, that relates to exposure some time ago so that is good. The igm is equivocal so that may mean that the exposure wasn't as long as you would like. I would talk to your OB and they can order a detailed ultrasound to see if there is any evidence of infection. If that is negative, she and the baby needs to be monitored carefully.
