I had an eye ultrasound and showed either a tear or a leak what's does it mean?

Ultrasound: Is used to measure tumors and to see the structures in an eye which is filled with blood or obscured by a dense cataract. Tears would not be visible with an ultrasound nor would a "leak". Are you sure you had an ultrasound and not an oct?
