Excellent choices: Pregnancy women should drink mostly water. When i was pregnant i liked to flavor my water with a splash of juice. Raspberry lemonade sounds great. Teas, both green and black are safe in pregnancy. Tea has much less caffeine than coffee and women can safely have a little caffeine in pregnancy (150-200mg). I don't know of any teas that will "help" the baby.

Water is best: Water is the best choice. It helps maintain fluid levels for the baby and decreases water retention and swelling for the mother. In terms of teas, stick to basically black, white, red and green teas as some herbal teas and supplements can be harmful. A good list of herbals to avoid can be found at http://www.Kellymom.Com. Good luck!
