My baby isn't drinking, she had a bottle 120ml at 5am this morning and so far only 30ml for the rest of the day. its been going on like this for 4 days. she's 4.5 months old. doesnt want water or tea either. can it be teething?

Wouldn't think so: I would keep track of wet diapers. If she is not going at least every 8 hours she is getting dehydrated & needs to be seen to sort this out. I can't accept teething to push a kid to this level of fluid refusal.
