A member asked:

I have dyshidrosis. (nickel?) 1st break out lasted about a year & a half, went away for about 2 & is back. need a successful cream recommendation...

See dermatologist.: Dyshidrosis (or pompholyx) consists of itchy blisters on the sides of hands (and sometimes feet), and seldom responds to over-the-counter treatments, so don't waste your money. A dermatologist will give you a strong prescription cream or ointment, and possibly and oral or injectable medication as well. (nickel might be the trigger, but often is not.).
