If you don't want to treat it with simple hydrocortisone cream, which might speed resolution, just ignore it while keeping it clean/dry. In a few months it is likely to fade anyway.

The treatment is with topicals, but if you cannot use them due to to your job or other cause, and you really need it treated because it’s very severe, you could ask your Dermatologist for an intramuscular injection of Kenalog 40 or a Medrol pack. The Doctor will have to examine you before prescribing and ask you some important health questions to be sure it’s oK to use these medications.
