Unclear: It is very unlikely that your brain aneurysms are related to your symptoms. I would recommend seeing a neurologist and getting a good quality MRI of your brain and cervical spine.

Neuropathy?: You may have a peripheral neuropathy. Where are the cerebral aneurysms located? You are also at higher risk for stroke. I would cease smoking and control blood pressure.

Probably not: If your question is whether or not the numbness and tingling is related to the 3 aneurysms, that is very unlikely. However, there are the rare instances where a very large aneurysm can cause pressure on the brain that leads to symptoms like numbness. But that is very unlikely and aneurysms usually do not occur near the sensory cortex. If this is still a problem, you should consult your neurologist.
