Exercise and Health : There is no correct answer to this question. It all depends on the goal of your exercise. However when a doctor prescribes exercise they are usually doing it for diabetes prevention, heart disease prevention and weight loss. A good exercise program in one that lasts at least twenty minutes three to five times per week. But that is the minimal recommendation.
