Weight fluctuates : Weight fluctuates day by day and also from morning to night.There may be in some people a difference of 5 lbs or more from am to pm even if did not eat.This is due to water vapor breathing out,gravity effects on body.Best to watch the pattern over a week or several weeks to know if gaining or losing weight
