Usually ulna nerve: Elbow pain can come from many sources. It depends on what part of your elbow hurts. However, the most common elbow pain in your age group will be ulna nerve neuritis. To determine the exact reason i would recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of elbow problems. Good luck.

Tendinitis: It could be tennis elbow, or golfers elbow, both forms of tendinitis. See a non-surgical sportsmedicine specialist for an accurate diagnosis.
