Vascular or neural: Feelings of numbness, tingling etc are often caused by either compromised vascular circulation ( narrowing of blood vessels as in atherosclerosis, ageing, diabetes etc) or disorder affecting peripheral nerves. Need to see your physician for a thorough exam
