Pinched nerve: The nerves to the arm come out from the spinal cord from the neck vertebrae .A pinched nerve, at this level, could cause these symptoms.See your doctor if this persists, epically if there is numbness and/or weakness.

Radiculopathy: Agree with likely nerve compression emanating from neck and this needs attention soon. Could be reversed with conservative measures but agree with Dr R that worsening requires care
