When i move my right arm i feel extreme pain from the inside of my elbow and down my arm and on both sides. i did no fall or hit it. what could cause this?

Can you elicit tenderness on either side of the elbow? If so a tendinitis or epicondylitis is most likely. It should respond to alternating cold & hot applications, rest and a course of anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen for a week or so. If not improved, see your physician or an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and advice.
