Unclear: Adenomyosis can only be fully treated by hysterectomy. Otherwise it is permanent. Many women with adenomyosis also have endometriosis which can be treated by combination of surgical and medical therapy. The exact effect of adenomyosis on fertility is unknown but likely plays some role. So pregnancy is achievable for sure but better not to wait too long.
