Probably not: I'm not sure if it is advisable but an adenoyomatous uterus of that size may prevent pregnancy from occurring. If you are referring to a fibroid instead, the answer is similar although I have seen women with fibroids this size go through pregnancy without difficulty. Adenomyosis is a form of endometriosis, with infertility being a common symptom.
