A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low back pain: Consider seronegative spondyloarthritis. There are several forms including enteropathic spondylitis or spondylitis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (including crohn's disease & ulcerative colitis) & forms caused by bacterial infections of the bowels including yersinia, salmonella, shigella, & campylobacter. See a rheumatologist to sort this out.
