INS: It sounds like you maybe experiencing symptoms of IBS , Irritable Bowel Syndrom which is common in your age group . It can either be associated with periods of constipation , international with periods of loose stool . You can have gas & bloating and gas rumbling . Other things need to be ruled out such as Celiac disease , Gluten intolerance and Lactose intolerance .
