You put in condition: That you had a heart attack. If this is true, i will say you maybe having ischemic chest pain. Need a stress test. By your age the probability of coronary artery disease is low. A risk assessment it's necessary and a good history and physical. I got puzzle by you saying you had a heart attack. At 27 a heart attack is a very serious event. Other possibilities chest wall pain and acid reflux.
